Welcome to the clinic management and patient services application ("Platform") developed and operated by TezLaxmi. By accessing, registering, or using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The Platform is a technology service that enables clinics and doctors to manage appointments, patient records, prescriptions, and related healthcare workflows. TezLaxmi is a software provider only — not a hospital, clinic, doctor, or healthcare service provider.

TezLaxmi provides software tools and infrastructure. All medical services, clinical decisions, diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, and patient care are delivered solely by the registered clinic and its doctors.

• The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Information displayed on the Platform is entered and managed by the clinic and its staff.
• Appointment availability, fees, and service quality are determined by the clinic, not by TezLaxmi.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TezLaxmi disclaims all liability for:

• Medical negligence, misdiagnosis, incorrect prescriptions, or treatment errors by any clinic or doctor.
• Delays, cancellations, no-shows, or disputes regarding appointments.
• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of medical records, reports, or information entered by clinic staff.
• Any loss of data caused by clinic users, third-party integrations, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. TezLaxmi's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to TezLaxmi for use of the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim — which, for patients using clinic services, is typically zero.

Any grievance relating to medical treatment, patient care, clinic conduct, fees charged by the clinic, or doctor behaviour must be addressed directly with the concerned clinic or doctor. TezLaxmi is not a party to the doctor–patient or clinic–patient relationship.

If you do not agree with this limitation, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and contact information during registration.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not misuse, attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform.
• Verify all medical information, prescriptions, and appointment details with your clinic or doctor.
• Seek emergency medical care through appropriate offline channels — the Platform is not an emergency service.

Clinics and doctors using the Platform are independently responsible for compliance with all applicable medical laws, professional ethics, patient consent requirements, and data handling obligations within their practice.

TezLaxmi does not verify medical credentials, clinical accuracy of records, or the quality of care provided. The clinic–patient relationship exists exclusively between the patient and the clinic or doctor.

We strive to keep the Platform available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, or third-party outages may temporarily affect access.

TezLaxmi may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data.

TezLaxmi may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute that TezLaxmi is permitted to be a party to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
