1Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using TezLaxmi Software Solutions services, products, and platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

TezLaxmi makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5Limitations

In no event shall TezLaxmi Software Solutions or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on TezLaxmi's platform, even if TezLaxmi or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on TezLaxmi's platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. TezLaxmi does not warrant that any of the materials on its platform are accurate, complete, or current. TezLaxmi may make changes to the materials contained on its platform at any time without notice.

TezLaxmi has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its platform and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by TezLaxmi of the site. Use of any such linked platform is at the user's own risk.

TezLaxmi may revise these terms of service for its platform at any time without notice. By using this platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

10Service Uptime and Support

TezLaxmi strives to maintain high availability of its services. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for service interruptions due to:

• •Third-party service failures

11Payment and Billing

If you subscribe to our paid services:

• 💳Failed payments may result in service suspension
• 💳Refund policies will be communicated at the time of subscription

12Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of TezLaxmi platforms (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by TezLaxmi Software Solutions, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

13User Conduct

You agree not to:

• ✗Harass, threaten, embarrass, or cause distress or discomfort to any individual
• ✗Engage in offensive conduct or use obscene language
• ✗Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue within our platforms
• ✗Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• ✗Transmit viruses or malicious code

14Termination

TezLaxmi may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination of your use, any right to access the materials will be immediately ceased.
