Your clinic is independently responsible for how its staff handle patient data within their practice. Medical disputes or data requests related to your treatment should be directed to your clinic in the first instance.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide services to your clinic, or as required by applicable law and medical record-keeping regulations.

When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our retention policies.
